Hello! My name is Raine, I took up Fine Arts Major in Advertising Arts. I’m a fine art painter by profession (view my paintings here) and I share my fiber makes here at Pixie & Pamela. I learned how to make amigurumi back in 2020 and it quickly became one of my favorite hobbies! My logo was inspired by two of my most memorable childhood dolls named Pixie and Pamela, which I share with my older sister. In our old family photos, my sister and I were often seen holding each other’s hands and I think that’s a very nice, personal gesture that I’d like to incorporate into my logo’s design. Most of my works were inspired by characters from films, anime, video games, and books that I love, and I wish to share my process of creating them to my fellow crocheters through my patterns.I previously worked as a graphic designer for several advertising agencies, so you can be confident that the patterns that you’ll get from me were professionally done with easy-to-navigate layout, good font selection, and good quality photos ♡
